Our career areas
As a Freight Handler, you’re at the center of everything we do. Working in one of our terminal facilities, you’ll load, unload, sort, and secure freight using industry-standard equipment like forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks. This is a role for people who like to stay moving, work with their hands, and be part of a crew that looks out for one another.
As a CDL Driver, you’re more than a driver — you’re a trusted professional at the heart of our network. Whether you’re running linehaul routes between major hubs, handling local city deliveries, or teaming up to cover longer distances efficiently, you’ll play a critical role in delivering freight safely, accurately, and on time.
Our CDL Driver Apprentice program is designed to help you earn while you learn, grow into a skilled tractor-trailer driver, and build a long-term career on the road. Through a combination of hands-on driving skills development, classroom learning, and real work experience, you’ll gain the knowledge and certifications you need to advance to a full CDL driver role.
Facility Operations roles are at the core of our freight network. These positions combine hands-on logistics work with essential operational support, making sure that freight moves quickly, accurately, and safely through our systems. Whether you’re helping coordinate freight flow, managing inventory and records, or handling administrative and support tasks, Facility Operations jobs give you the opportunity to make an impact, grow your skills, and build a logistics career with an industry leader.
Help keep our network moving. From tractors and trailers to forklifts and terminal equipment, your expertise keeps every asset safe, reliable, and road-ready. These are hands-on, highly skilled roles where problem-solving matters and craftsmanship counts. We have opportunities for: Technician Apprentices, Technicians, Parts Coordinators, Fleet Maintenance Supervisors, and more.

This program is designed for juniors and seniors pursuing degrees in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Transportation, Engineering, Finance, Communications, Marketing, IT, Sales, and more who are excited to work on real-world industry projects and gain practical experience inside a fast-moving business.

3.0 GPA or above
Interest in the LTL industry
Associate’s degree (min of 30 hours) for Field Operations
